1957 Born - Birkenhead, Cheshire (now Merseyside)

After serving in the Royal Air Force (1972 - 76) which included work and travel in Denmark,

Spain & Belize he travelled extensively throughout Europe & Scandinavia, New Zealand & Australia.

1979/80 Part time art courses at Wirral Collage of Art & Adult Studies + Dee fine art, West Kirby, Wirral.

1981/2 Foundation course at Wirral College of Art & Design, Liscard, Wirral.
1985/8 B.A. (HONS) first class in fine art, Stourbridge College of Art, West Midlands.
1988/91 Member of the Executive Committee, National Acrylic Painters Association
1989/90 Artist/Designer in Residence, Chester Zoo, Education Department.

1990/94 Co Director, Two Part Art, Wirral, Merseyside.
